• This role is available for a Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to join a busy Private Client department within a well-established law firm in Dorset.

• You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.

• You will be a part of admin support team, providing one to one support to a solicitor.

• There will be responsibility for liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone, and face to face.

• You will be expected to manage files and tight deadlines, as well as processing client invoices.

• The right candidate will have previous experience in similar role.

• You will be expected to handle general administrative duties.

• This role is office-based and can be offered on full-time or part-time basis, with access to on-site parking.
