Account Manager

Our National client our recruiting for an Account Manager to run a new and growing fleet team in Peterborough.

• Monday to Friday – 7.5 hours per days (timings to be agreed)
• Salary £40 to £45K – dependant on Experience
• Own transport essential due to location

Skills required:
•  Strong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs
•  Strong Administration skills 
•  Proven track record in a customer service environment
•  Automotive Industry Experience
•  IT literate and able to adopt to new technologies
•  Excellent communication both verbally and written
•  Good Education in Core GCSE Subjects
•  Experienced in using Excel, Word and Outlook 

As the Account Manager you will play a critical part of the day to day operation. Acting as the main point of escalation dealing with service issues and problem solving, communicating at all times with the different brands within the Account Managers remit. 
A leadership role responsible for training and developing a team of customer executives and administrators.
Working with key stakeholders such as operations to ensure the high levels of customer service are delivered throughout the booking process. 
Providing consultation and proactive fleet management, adopting best practice and striving for continuous improvement and innovation at all levels.
Inspire the  team to exceed expectations within the tasks they can influence- such as customer KPIs. 
Support by providing leadership, guidance and support.
To co-ordinate and manage the resource to achieve customer volume.
To work in collaboration with the other account team employees and technical teams to ensure that all vehicles are made available and work through the process to ensure we don’t fail KPIs.   
To control the event requests and ensure that its fed through to all stakeholders.
