Executive Office Administrator
Permanent Role
£25,600 per annum
 
On behalf of our client we are looking for a Executive Office Administrator who will work as part of a dynamic and proactive team, in this fast paced and varied role, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Group’s Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
You will help ensure the Executive Office runs efficiently, supporting with the scheduling of diaries, organisation and administration of meetings, the organisation of functions and events, assist in preparation of reports and presentations and provide general administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team.

Main Duties

  • You will organise and manage diaries for the Senior Leadership Team on a daily basis
  • Arrange meetings and liaise with internal staff and managers to ensure efficient and effective time
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to arrange events
  • Responsible for a number of management meetings which will involve taking meeting notes
  • Arrange bookings, travel and accommodation for members of Senior Leadership Team.
  • You will contribute to Cross College Events
  • You will prepare Presentations for the Senior Leadership team to deliver
  • You will work closely with the Curriculum Admin team to provide administration support in line with Curriculum delivery
  • You will assist with any documentation required for Governance Meetings and Events. Role Objectives
  • You will provide executive administration support to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • You will be able to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • You will ensure that excellent Customer Service levels are maintained with both internal and external clients.
  • You will have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Systems, specifically Outlook for diary management, Word and Excel.
About you
  • Experience of working within a similar Personal Assistant/Executive Admin role
  • Experience of Diary Management
  • Experience of Co-ordinating Events
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
  • Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy (or equivalent)
  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification, or willingness to undertake
