Responsibilities:
As a Claims Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and their customers, providing support and guidance while managing claims efficiently. Your tasks will include recommending payments, producing client reports & letters, and liaising with contractors for optimal outcomes.

Requirements:
" Previous experience in a customer service office environment.
" Organized, diligent, and able to see tasks through to completion.
" Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
" Ability to handle demanding customers with empathy and firmness.
" Flexible and adaptable during high-volume periods.
" Desire to embrace innovative working practices.
" Ideally educated to 'A' level/degree standard.
