Job Description
Pay:
Basic
£11.98 - OT£14.98 - Weekend rate £13.18 - Late shift £13.18
Job Role:
- Assist compliance manager with keeping vehicle history files up to date and organised
- Liaise with service providers to get defect work/services booked or chase information on current VORs
- Complete defect reports/VOR reports
- Update Tachomaster and DHLs internal compliance portal with any changes in fleet
- Any 5 from 7 (generally mon-fri with 2 weekend days per month)
- 0800-1730 shift time
Job role:
- Brief/Debrief drivers on routes, ensuring all paperwork and driver equipment is correct
- Monitor vehicle tracking to make sure deliveries are made on time
- Fill in shift performance reports
- Complete vehicle defect notes, breakdown callouts where applicable
- Communicate with customer services via email
- Communicate operational updates with Warehouse and transport teams
Shift pattern:
- 4 on 4 off shifts
- 1200-0000 shift time
