COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR, NQ-2 YEARS PQE, EXETER, £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) - An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a growing team in Exeter. JOB REF: 5805.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with up to 2 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will have a real interest in commercial litigation and will be looking to further your career in this area of law.
• You will be responsible for your own varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, as well as assisting the partners with more complex cases.
• You will deal with company, partnerships, director and shareholder disputes, corporate transactions, commercial contract disputes and some insolvency matters.
• It is essential that applicants wishing to be considered for this role have a strong ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in an effective manner.
