JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 2 + years’ experience
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: £28,000 - £35,000

OVERVIEW:
•You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.
•Fee earner with 2 + years’ experience in a similar role and Post Completion experience.
•You will be supported by two assistants.
•Our client relies on the LEAP case management system
•Hybrid working arrangements.
