Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Salary: £13.71 per hour (Temp-to-perm)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, fostering strong relationships with the customer base and supply partners.
2. Support the achievement and delivery of Branch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by identifying innovative ways to drive growth.
3. Receive weekly stock deliveries and ensure goods are stored in the correct warehouse locations.
4. Respond to inbound calls, identifying opportunities to increase order values and utilising sales tools to maximise customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct outbound calls to proactively seek new opportunities, offer alternatives, and leverage promotions to drive higher returns.
6. Serve customers on the trade counter, including picking, packing, and processing orders in line with company procedures.

Requirements:
1. Previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a trades or wholesale environment; retail experience will also be considered favourably.
2. Strong multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
6. IT literate.
7. Warm sales experience with a willingness to engage in some cold sales.
8. Ability to promote new products proactively.
9. Confidence in handling warehouse tasks, requiring relative physical fitness.
10. Driving license is an advantage due to location of site.
