Technical Support Assistant

Pertemps Kettering are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Assistance for our client based in Corby, this is a temp to perm position for the right person.
 
This is a role consists of:
Product testing & programming equipment
Pairing equipment
Repairing returned equipment
Picking & packing products for despatch which could include unloading pallets.
Dealing with customers with queries and to give technical and product advice.
 
Skills
Must be methodical:
Must be patient due to speaking to customer sometimes with complex needs.
Able to speak to customers and well as warehouse work.
Must be physically fit.
Good English and be able to read instructions.
 
Working Hours are Monday – Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4pm,
Pay Rate: £12.50 p/h    
30 x minute paid break and you will also be paid till 5pm on the Friday although you finish at 4pm.
