Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Wednesbury WS10
Pay: £12 - £12.50
Hours: 1PM – 10PM Monday – Friday

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a growing client based at their Wednesbury Distribution Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to further their career in a fast-paced environment.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating shift warehousing activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met while leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the warehouse team, ensuring they are cross-trained where possible
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and staff performance
• Communicate job expectations and provide coaching to staff
• Assign workloads and determine staffing levels
• Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions (goods in and dispatch)
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the warehouse manager to adjust processes
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
• Continuously seek improvement in all aspects of warehouse functions
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
• Previous Stock Taking Experience Desirable
