Role Overview: As an Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and offering bespoke advertising solutions to meet their unique needs. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued success of the company through impactful, creative, and strategic advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach to potential clients in various industries.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and tailored advertising solutions.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their advertising needs and create customized proposals and strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding client portfolios.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure advertising campaigns are executed effectively and deliver strong ROI for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field (1-2 years preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused, with a passion for sales and delivering results.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A basic understanding of advertising platforms and strategies, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed.
