Gloucester (GL2)
£13.13 per hour
8:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday
Our client is looking to recruit an Administrator for a temporary assignment. You will provide administrative support to the operational team, ensuring standards of service are maintained.
Duties to include
- Administrative Support: Assist Operations Managers with various administrative tasks.
- Compliance Updates: Ensure GDPR compliance is up-to-date.
- Scheduling: Maintain and update holiday, sickness, and standby rotas.
- Data Collection: Collate defect sheets from drivers.
- Database Management: Update databases for vehicle and plant maintenance.
- Procurement: Order tools, plant equipment, and PPE.
Requirements for the role
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent IT Skills, to include Excel and SAP
- The ability to work as part of a busy team, ensuring targets are achieved
