EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR (HEAD OF DEPARTMENT) 6+ PQE, SURREY, £EXCELLENT + BENEFITS – This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive regional law firm. JOB REF: 7157.

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE representing respondents and claimants
• You will be able to demonstrate leadership, initiative, creativity and supervise a team.
• Previous supervision experience is essential
• You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines, to assist the team in delivering the best possible outcomes for clients.
