Hair Colourist-French and English speaking-Remote

Job Title: Bilingual (English & French) Hair Colourist Advisor 
Salary: £35,000
Location: Remote
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

A truly exciting and unique opportunity to join an award winning international organization with main head quarters in LA.  We are looking for a qualified Hair Colourist who wants to stay in the hair industry without being on their feet all day! This is a Remote role working from the comfort of your own home and will be Monday to Friday. This is truly a fantastic opportunity. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hair colour consultations in English and French via phone, email, and chat.
• Create and oversee hair colour formulations using our online software.
• Support clients in an online contact centre environment.
• Match clients’ desired hair colour to encourage repeat orders.
• Build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Analyse clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent.
• Salon experience.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• In-depth understanding of colour formulation and theory.
• Positive attitude and aptitude for selling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and energetic.
