Location: Redditch, UK
Salary: £12.43 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts (mornings and nights)

Key Responsibilities:
- " Operate and oversee machinery to ensure smooth production in line with company standards.
- " Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain excellence.
- " Keep workspaces clean and safe, following strict health and safety guidelines.
- " Perform routine maintenance and promptly report any machine issues.
- " Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.
- " Flexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings and nights are mandatory).
- " Previous experience as a machine operator or similar role (experience in aerospace manufacturing is desirable).
- " Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
- " Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- " Basic mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills.
