Due-to continued success, my client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 30% of their team have been with them for 10+ years!
Salary: Up to £27,000
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 (Flexibility to do contracted hours over 4 days)
Location: Woore
Duration: Permanent/ Full time
Sales Administrator Duties include:
- Preparation of quotations within deadlines
- Ensure correct product selection in line with customer requirements
- Maintain close client contact building rapport and customer loyalty
- Feedback market trends and information
- Maintain and maximise use of CRM, accounting and sizing software
Requirements for the right Sales Administrator:- Communication skills to liaise with customers, area sales managers and management team
- Ability to maintain profitable sales
- Ensure all products are purchased in compliance with mandatory requirements
- Ability to work flexibly, as a team and independently
- Strong prioritisation skills, ability to manage own workload
- Demonstrate ability to seek and develop new profitable opportunities
