What You’ll Be Doing:
- Being the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Solving problems efficiently while making every customer interaction a positive experience.
- Keeping records up to date and escalating concerns when needed.
- Collaborating with an amazing team to continually raise the bar for customer service.
