Job Title: Trainee Negotiator

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum + Commission

My client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as a Trainee Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the property sector. You’ll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with property sales, purchases, and lettings.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conducting property viewings and liaising with potential buyers and tenants.
• Providing excellent customer service and professional advice to clients.
• Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
• Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and trends.

Requirements:

• A passion for property and an eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and a proactive attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
