About the role:

You will be responsible for the on-site HR focusing on:
• Recruitment
• Team development
• Team retention
• Performance and Talent monitoring
• One to Ones
• On Site HR tasks such as disciplinary procedure, grievance, KPI monitoring

One of the main focuses is to work closely with department managers and get the very best from them and their teams, maintaining a happy professional environment that all individuals can grow in and develop.
