We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly team based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Salary: £24,000- £26,000 DOEWorking hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am – 3:00pm Free parking on site
Purpose of Job - Provide an excellent first point of contact experience
- Maintain high levels of customer care and relationships
- Answer all calls, emails, customer queries within 48 hours
- Global contact within CST
- Cross functional working across customer service team
- Ad hoc administrative support for the UK Sales team
- Sales Order Processing using our ERP system, Oracle JDE Enterprise One
Responsibilities To provide administrative support within the Customer Services Team:
- Answering of telephone and assisting with customer and patient enquiries
- Raising sales invoices
- Daily filing of orders, invoices and delivery notes
- Processing sales orders using JDE SOP system
- Respond to all enquires in shared orders mailbox
- Ordering of office stationery and refreshments for visitors
- Daily processing of customer orders from orders inbox
- Processing any items required by the sales team to go to dispatch
- Maintain records of Trial machines in conjunction with the sales team
- Point of contact for all overseas customers
- Issue all credits for any customer returns
- Respond to emails in personal inbox
- Assist with credit control when customers are on credit hold
- Respond to phone calls for the wider organisation
- Organise lunch and refreshments for external visitors when required
- Assisting with organisation and administration of UK education/study days organised by the UK sales team
- Assist sales team with regular customer and partner update meetings
- Any other administration tasks that are required
Minimum Key requirements - Good numeracy and literacy skills with a minimum of GSCE Mathematics and English Language.
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong relationship building
- Must be self-motivated, highly organized, diligent and able to work well as part of a small team
- A high attention to detail is crucial due to the nature of business and handling of patient prescription information
- Customer focussed
- Polite with a can-do attitude.
- Good IT skills to include using a Sales Order Processing system, Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
