Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £13.22 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

About the Role:
Are you an organized, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering excellent service? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Manchester on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inbound Call Handling: Answer and manage a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing prompt and professional assistance.
• CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions and updates into the CRM system, ensuring records are maintained and up-to-date.
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and confirm appointments, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
• Documentation: Prepare and process documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support overall office operations and customer service goals.
