Job Description
Immediate start
Temp to perm opportunity
Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Annual salary between 19k – 21k depending on experience
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Operations team by accurately creating and sending documents to customers and suppliers
- Assist the Operations team to manage a portfolio of Suppliers and Customers
- Have a good understanding of various portals to process documentation
- Be able to check a document in full and all paperwork requirements to process a deal for pay out
- Calculate and input figures into a system accurately
- Confident in all relevant products offered and understanding of all relevant policies
- The ability to help resolve queries effectively
What you’ll bring:
- Ability to work within a team
- Good problem solving and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
