We’re recruiting for an Import/Export Coordinator to play a critical role – keeping international shipments moving, ensuring compliance and making a real impact across the business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing export and import processes
- Advising on trade regulations, shipping conditions and customer requirements
- Producing accurate export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing specifications
- Coordinating shipments to ensure timely dispatch and collection
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to avoid delays
- Keep up to date with changing regulations and updating processes accordingly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous import/export experience or related to logistics
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to multitask and manage own workload
