Medical Triage Nurse Band 6/7

Pertemps Medical have been awarded and partnered with The Ministry of Defence (MoD) to find Band 7 Medical Triage Nurses for fixed term contracts

The job details we have at the moment are:

The MoD are seeking a number of BAND 7 Registered Nurses (RNs) who have extensive Triage Experience to screen over 3000 overseas candidates.
The Fixed Term Contracts are typically 12 months but maybe extended.
 
Job type

• Band 7 Triage Nurse (or Top Band 6 with extensive experience)
• MoD Triage Screening Assessments
• Qualified Nurse

Start date

• Potentially December 2024 (In the next 7-10 days)

Rate of pay(salary)

• Salary to be agreed but expected salary pay scales are £44-£50,000 based on experience (Band 7)

Location(s)

• Ideally based in our Milton Keynes office but Hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate(s)
• Potential to have a mixed rota schedule.

Duration

• 1 year initial contract

Job duties

• Screening Overseas Candidates
• Each Screening will take approximately 1 hour and full training will be given
• Strict adherence to MoD policies and procedures
• You will be working potential shift patterns to cover day and evening screening depending where candidates are based in the world
