Support Worker, Stockport
Pay rate £12.92 per hour

REaCH is looking to recruit additional home support workers to work within its End-of-Life services to meet the increasing demands for end of life and palliative care.  Successful candidates will work in partnership with our existing team to deliver person centred care, emotional support to family and uphold the core values of both REaCH and Stockport Councils Adult Social Care services to ensure our service users final wishes to remain at home are met.
