The role will suit a qualified solicitor who has significant experience across generalist commercial practice including mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, partnerships, IP agreements, commercial agreements, regulatory and corporate governance.

To apply for this role you'll need to be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent alternative experience) with high quality commercial experience gained in either private practice or in house. 

The ideal applicants will be 2-4 years PQE but candidates outside of this bracket who can demonstrate the necessary technical skills and ability to perform the role will also be considered.
