Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Long-Term Family Safeguarding Team; your role will be to:
- Managing a case load of children to ensure they are properly safeguarded, and their needs are being met by the council.
- Completing risk assessments to assess safety of children.
- Develop and review long – term care plans tailored to each family’s needs.
- Multi – agency working style, working with other professionals within the service.
- Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a long term Children’s Team.
- Right to work in the UK.
