Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Access and Assessment Service; your role will be to:
- Complete initial assessments with children and families to identify any risks.
- Supporting and referring to necessary teams.
- Ensuring a Child – focused approached.
- Multi – agency collaboration.
- Conducting ongoing assessments and ensure proper recordings of all visits.
- Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a Children’s Social Services Team.
- Right to work in the UK.
