Job Description

You will be:
Joining the Community Family Service; your role will be to:
- Undertake assessment, planning, intervention and review (APIR) in a range of children in need cases, including child protection, care proceedings and looked after children’s cases.
- They will work collaboratively with other professionals, co-ordinating or contributing to the team around the family.
- Ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to improving outcomes for children, young people and their families, particularly safeguarding children and young people.
- Registered to Social Work England, with an ASYE completed and 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
- The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a Children’s Social Services Team.
- Right to work in the UK.
