Recruitment Consultant - £22K - £25K basic – Commissions – Company car


Pertemps Loughborough are a successful recruitment company that continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in Loughborough.


We are passionate about what we do covering temporary, permanent and contract recruitment across all Commercial and Industrial sectors within Leicestershire.

We are now looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join or team in Loughborough.


Responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with existing customers as well as obtaining new business
• Visiting clients to establish their recruitment needs
• Resourcing candidates that match clients' requirements
• Interviewing, screening, and candidate liaison
• Building the database of target clients through research and sales development
• Researching leads for business development

Skills:

• Proven sales experience
• Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential as long as you can demonstrate your skills in business development, account management, sales and customer service
