Responsibilities:- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers via various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Good knowledge of ERP software highly desirable
