Job Title: Customer Service Representative (6-Month Contract)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Banbury on a 6-month contract basis. This role presents an exciting chance to engage with their valued customers and contribute to their mission of providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product information, order placement, issue resolution, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an office-based customer service role is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
