Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage customer orders and ensure they are processed accurately and on time.
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving any queries and providing support.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Utilise Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks and record management.
Coordinate with transport companies for exporting goods within the EU, ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and customer interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in a sales or customer-facing environment such as retail or a contact centre.
• Experience with exporting goods within the EU and managing logistics is highly desirable.
