Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the hygiene team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards across all facilities.
- Develop and implement hygiene policies, procedures, and schedules to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor staff on hygiene practices and protocols.
- Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and report on hygiene performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in a hygiene management role, preferably within the food, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant certifications in hygiene management or related fields are a plus.
