Customer Service / Accounts Administrator - Banbury / Banbury, Oxfordshire / Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum / Full-time, Permanent / Office based ( no WFH or Hybrid )

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service / Accounts Administrator to join our clients dynamic team in Banbury. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong administrative background to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent support / Managing accounts and processing invoices / Overseeing import/export documentation and processes / Liaising with suppliers and logistics partners / Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service and administration / Knowledge of import/export processes (highly desirable) / Strong attention to detail and organisational skills / Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software / Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
