Transport Clerk Nights

Job Title: Transport Clerk
Location: Haydock, St Helens (WA11 9SE)
Salary: £30,790 per annum (Inclusive of Night Allowance)
Shifts: Monday- Friday 22:00- 06:00 Nights
Contract Type: Temporary- permanent


Our client who are a leading European supply chain solutions partner offering best-in-class quality for the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostic industries are currently recruiting for a night shift Transport Clerk to join their team.


As a Transport Clerk, your duties will be: -

" Supporting fleet changes (actions & communications).
" Monitoring vehicle maintenance to ensure legal compliance.
" Coordinate and support vehicle maintenance (scheduling, MOTs and servicing).
" Support with compliance escalations.
" Assist with fleet transitions between depots.
" General administration duties to support the department.


The successful Transport Clerk will have the following skills: -

" Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
" Ability to multitask and work as part of a team as well as being organised.
" IT proficient with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
" Great attention to detail.
