Job Title: Hire Controller
Location: Wigan (WN2 3AT)
Salary: £24-26k per annum (DOE)
Shifts : Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00
Contract Type: Temporary - Permanent

The Company

Our client is a global leading manufacturer and installation business who pride themselves in manufacturing high end quality temporary and permanent space solutions.

You will be responsible for project coordination for all new delivered and collections whilst providing exceptional customer support.

As a Hire Controller, your duties will be:
" Assist with all departments to ensure contract accuracy
" Coordinate with different departments to ensure deliveries and collections are smooth and efficient
" Efficiently manage fleet returns
" Managing month-end processing and running reports
" Resolving vendor and customer invoice queries
" Deal with all customer queries effectively
" Resolve customer disputes and complaints

The successful Hire Controller will have the following:
" Previous experience within a similar role
" IT proficient
" Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
" Ability to work independently
" Able to work in a fast-paced environment
