Forklift Driver

Pertemps Southampton are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Fawley.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:


Control drivers for working on site
Carry out driver inductions
Responsible for adhering to Site Safety Rules and setting Safety standards
Responsible for own health and safety and of those around them.
Carryout housekeeping. Ensuring work areas are kept tidy.
Responsible for following warehouse procedures.
Flt operation loading vehicles
Carryout tasks at the request of the Warehouse management


Candidates will need to possess the following experience, skills and attributes:


Full driving licence, Transport is essential also due to location.
Experience driving Counter Balance Flt's
Good communication skills
Strong writing & communication skills.
Basic numeracy & analytical skills.
Ability to pay attention to details & transfer data when required.
Operation of bar code equipment,
Ability to manage own workload, working independently and interdependently in a team.
