Trainee Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Driving Consultant to join our team in Southampton.

Prior recruitment experience is NOT essential; attitude matters most, and we can teach the skills needed to be a successful recruitment consultant. · Base salary of £26,000 - £28,000 p.a. with great commission earning potential.

· 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing by one day each year.
· 16-week training program teaching basic to advanced recruitment techniques.

· You will be responsible for preparing candidates for their next shift or interview with clients.
· Confident telephone manner with the ability to speak with both new and existing contacts.
· Responsible for sales, business development and overall excellent customer service to our clients and candidates.

· You will have a full UK Driving Licence
