Tree Surgeon

Pertemps are recruiting for multiple tree surgeons to join a thriving family business in Southampton. This is a full time, permanent position 

Tree Surgeon Responsibilities: 
- Perform tree pruning and felling 
- Operate and maintain machinery, including chainsaws and chippers 
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. 
- Dispose of tree debris in a responsible manner 
- Communicate with team members & clients to provide excellent customer service 
 
Tree Surgeon Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar position 
- Valid UK Driving License  
- City & Guilds Level 2 : Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting 
- City & Guilds Level 2  : Felling and Processing Trees 
- City & Guilds Level 3 : Aerial Cutting of Trees with a Chainsaw Using Free-fall Techniques 
- City & Guilds Level 3 : Aerial Tree Rigging 

Tree Surgeon Package: 
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm  
- Salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience  
- You'll be part of a team of qualified and experienced professionals with access to a wide range of equipment, enabling you to handle larger and more complex operations within a family run business.
