Job Description
Responsibilities as an Administrator
- Providing Administration support to the SME team
- Providing Warehouse support
- Working Safely complying with site Health & Safety
- Managing daily orders via the shared mail box
- Up keep of files, informing PSIMS of new of changes to MSDS information
- Producing Open Bin Pick lists
- Updating spread sheet and investigating stock discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Updating spread sheet and completing warehouse and system checks to resolve problem
- Raise PMI requests
- Daily round up of documents to be scanned and uploaded to SAP
- Responding to ad-hoc requests from management
- Strong administration experience
- Must be available to start immediately
- Good level of IT skill and use of Microsoft Office
- Previous knowledge of using SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Role:
- £13.10 to £13.50 per hour depending on experience
- Temporary to perm role
- Weekly pay
- Working hours are Monday until Thursday 07.30am until 16.15 and Fridays 07.30am until 15.00pm
