Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a logistics company basined in Nursling, Southampton. This is a permanent position.

 

Responsibility as an Administrator:

  • Communicating with customers and suppliers via telephone and email 

  • Preparing pick instructions using warehouse management system

  • Updating of KPI reports

  • Data Entry for inbound and outbound goods using different systems 

  • Preparation of shipment and Export shipments

  • Checking and ensuring correct shipment allocation of orders

Requirements as an Administrator:

 

  • Good level of IT skill and use of Microsoft Office

  • Strong administration experience 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised 

 

The Role:

 

  • Working in a busy office environment 

  • Working hours are Monday until Friday 8:30am until 17:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break

  • Permanent role

  • This role is paying £26,500
