SEN Qualified Teacher (Cardiff)

About the Role:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with SEN support staff, parents, and external professionals.
• Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs and abilities.

About You:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✔ Experience working with students with SEN, particularly those with ASD, ADHD, or complex learning needs.
✔ Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
✔ Ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs.
✔ A genuine passion for supporting children with additional learning needs.
