Internal Sales Co-ordinator
Pertemps is looking for a full time temporary to permanent internal sales co-ordinator for our family-owned business based in Atcham, to join their existing successful team.
You will be administering and coordinating internal sales, providing sales quotations and ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will be liaising with customers and accurately responding to their requests and working closely with other departments, such as purchasing and operations to ensure on time delivery
Making sure you translate customer's descriptions and codes to ensure they receive exactly what they require, additionally providing technical solutions to customer requirements, working closely with product management.Ideal Candidate
Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.pm, Friday 8.30am -4.00pmMonday-Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm) £11.34 Per Hour
- Experience required within a customer facing environment such as retail or a contact centre
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team and demonstrate initiative
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Sales background desirable, but not essential
