Operations Support

Our established and forward-thinking manufacturing company based in Stafford Park is looking for a full-time CRM operations support to join their team.
You will be championing the integration, from start to finish of a new CRM/FSM software package, whilst supporting the operations team as part of the company’s growth. You will be accurately inputting the information obtained from our customer base, supplier base and in house data base.
In addition, you will be building up strong relationships with both customers and suppliers within the business, you will also develop an understanding of the business, which will allow you to respond to internal and external enquiries efficiently.
Ideal Candidate

• Experience of CRM / FSM software systems including accurate input of data (Specifically, Protean Software would be a significant advantage)
• IT Background (Desirable)
• Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel
• Experience of SAGE 50 Accounts Software
• A Strong communicator, who can work as part of a team.
• Determination to overcome challenges.
• Full UK Driving Licence

37.5 Monday – Friday
9-5pm
 
Salary
£12.82 –£15.38 per hour
