Personal Assistant to Directors | Hybrid
 
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a PA to Directors on behalf of our long-standing client based in Telford, Shropshire on a full-time permanent basis.
 
You will be the key liaison point between our Board of Trustees and their Executive Leadership Team, dealing with a wide range of confidential communications assessing urgency and relevance. To be effective, you will need to be a great people person, motivated and an effective multi-tasker, with an excellent eye for detail. 
 
Salary: £26,400.00 - £28,000.00 per annum.
 
Hours: Mon-Fri | 35 hours per week Flexibility available.
 
Duties include:

• Diary management and coordination and management of regular strategic meetings.
• Taking minutes in meetings.
• Providing agendas and monitoring papers.
• Providing high quality administrative support to two directors including the director general.

 
Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptional people person.
• Previous working experience as a PA essential.
• Excellent administration background.
• Proactive and a team player.
• Solid IT Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning and delivery skills.
