Engineers Assistant

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Engineers Assistant on behalf of our client based in Telford, Shropshire.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am – 17:00pm | 1-hour unpaid for lunch.

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum DOE.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Assist senior engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Follow company safety protocols and guidelines.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to develop your technical knowledge.

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong interest in engineering and mechanical / electrical systems.
• Excellent aptitude for problem-solving with a close attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid Driver's license
• Must be 18 years old, or over.
