Customer Order Coordinator to join a friendly, dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is keen to develop a deep understanding of customer order processes, products, and systems.
What you’ll be doing:- Manage and process customer orders – directly or via sales teams or customer portals.
- Monitor shared team inboxes, ensuring emails are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Review orders against business and production guidelines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with factory capacities.
- Spot inconsistencies or issues with product codes or order details and proactively seek resolution before processing.
- Juggle multiple priorities – handling live customer queries, processing new orders, and supporting the team in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Learn to navigate SAP and understand how orders flow from entry to completion and invoicing.
- Ensure data is handled and stored correctly, in line with GDPR and company policies.
- Keep customer platforms up to date, accurately entering and retrieving information as needed.
- Contribute ideas to help improve processes within the team and across the business.

This is an office based role working Monday to Friday
