Are you an experienced maintenance operative looking for a new opportunity in the Wolverhampton area?
 
If so, this could be the role you have been looking for!
 
Our client is looking for someone to carry out these daily duties:
 
- carry out both planned and reactive repairs and maintenance, for 11 properties across the Wolverhampton area.
 
- Working with the Facilities Team, you will endeavour to make repairs without the need for qualified contractors, where possible.
 
- Carry out minor maintenance duties including day to day household repairs such as lighting, plumbing, minor electrical, and carpentry tasks.
 
- Completing skilled work, having a broad variety of maintenance, trades, and skills, to enable you to complete a varied range of repairs reported.
 
- Working as part of the maintenance team, to complete and monitor repairs to ensure repairs are completed competently and sufficiently within the team.
 
- Ability to work as part of a team and have good problem-solving skills to face unexpected issues as they arise and react promptly and sufficiently.
 
- Use of own vehicle is essential.
 
- Able to work unsociable hours on occasions if required to undertake internal Haven activities or external continued professional development activities.
 
Salary - £28,000 per annum 
 
Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week
