About Us:
Our client is a well-established manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton, with a long-standing reputation for quality and reliability in their sector. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Punch Press Operative to join the skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Set up machines for production runs
- Conduct regular checks to ensure product quality and consistency
- Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Work as part of a wider manufacturing team to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating punch press machines (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Background in general manufacturing processes
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety protocols
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexible and reliable with a positive work attitude
